📱 eSIMs (Digital Products)

eSIMs are non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery and instant activation.

❌ No Refunds Are Issued For:

  • Incorrect device compatibility (please verify before purchase)

  • Activation or installation errors due to user mistake

  • Change of mind after eSIM has been delivered

  • No connectivity in areas where coverage is already stated as limited or unavailable

  • Data not fully used within the plan validity period

We strongly advise checking our eSIM compatibility list and coverage maps before completing your purchase.

📦 Physical SIM Cards (Shipped Products)

If you purchased a physical SIM card, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

✅ Eligibility for Return:

  • Product was not activated

  • Packaging is intact and undamaged

  • Request made within 14 days of delivery

📩 How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at support@eroamworld.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

⚠️ Exchanges & Order Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra charge.
